Beautiful and well-kept! We had the best at this charming resort. It's quiet as there a just a few rooms, it's charming, we loved the set around the pool and the day beds that sit on artificial turf and is pleasing visually. The pool was too cold for me to get in, odd for Palm Springs, the hot tub also did not get hot. All in all we had a great visit!

Great, easy to find property that has all the essentials for a stay in Palm Springs. I was visiting friends, and the place was close to where they live and easy to get to things. Didn't really see any staff while there, which I guess is ok. It was a place to rest and relax while not out and about. Only issue I had was the steam from the shower set off the smoke detector twice due to no ventilation fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, all was good!

Oasis Desert Gem
This location just invites making friends in the desert. The pool area brings a community feel to location. Everyone was really friendly and enjoyed having some laughs together. The rooms are perfect for our small pet and made it convenient for night time outings in the private patio. Close to all kinds of fun stuff around town whether be golf, downtown, restaurants or casinos. Our new go to spot in P.S.!

Great Job Cactai!
My lady and I were staying here for a couple of nights. I really loved Cactai but my lady didn't like the flooring in our room. I thought it was good because if you spill anything it would be an easy clean up. Anyway our room was excellent!!!!! We had a patio, a huge bed, a great size living room, and an amazing Japanese toilet. Oh we also had a full size kitchen with everything you would need. I know I'll be back!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with this new hotel. I was able to do everything through my phone and did not have to deal with checking in in person and could go straight to my room. The staff was so gracious and responsive to my messages. I arrived very late and they made sure I got into my room. There are no bad spots at the pool. All the seating is super comfortable and cute. The mountain view was beautiful and the location is close to so many cute restaurants that we walked in the evening to. 10/10 I will be back!

We stayed at the gorgeous The Cactai Boutique Hotel in Palm Springs in the hottest week of the year in August 2024. Despite of the scorching heat we had an absolute fantastic time! The hotel itself is located in a quiet dead end street still everything is within easy reach. You can park right in front of the hotel which is pretty comfortable. As you get into the hotel you have this really sassy vibe of mid-century modern Palm Springs. Once you are in on your left there is already an inviting jacuzzi, huge palm trees, and the pool is in the middle of the area surrounded by sunbeds and sunumbrellas. The interior design is really artsy and detail oriented from the crispy white textured bed sheets to the amazingly smelling Le Labo NY liquid soaps. We had everything we needed from the AC to the coffee capsules. We will definitely come back to Palm Spring as we found it just so magical.

The room was mostly very clean except there were some short dark hairs in the shower and I have very long blonde hair. There were no instructions for the coffee maker and I wasted the free water trying to make coffee, but apparently there were no coffee pods as I only got hot water out of it. There is no front desk and my email wasn't working so I couldn't find a number to call when I had an issue. Rather frustrating. Otherwise nice though.

** “Pull out bed” is a basic hard cushion folding couch/futon (see hotel photos) that is not flat when made into a bed.** Location does not appear to have staff on site. Check in was done via online form after reservation was confirmed. Received email with gate/room code after completing form. Room is nice but was extremely humid when I entered. A/c system took a while to figure out as it would not change temperature and ultimately set it to “dry” to help dehumidify room. Bathroom does not have ventilation/cooling/heating other than a window or leaving the door open for room a/c. Enjoyed the Euro bathroom with standing shower and auto bidet in toilet. Make sure to secure your car/belongings inside since parking is outside gated area open to transients.

Great location! Would stay again!
We really enjoyed the resort. It’s cozy and well kept. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only downsides there were no on site staff and our neighbors were screaming, singing loudly partying past 4 AM. I didn’t want to wake the property manager in the middle of the night by phone but it was hard to sleep with all the yelling. The same party crew were disrespectful and left their trash (cups, beer cans, etc) laying in the pool area and in the pool. The hot tub did not heat and we did not have hot water in our room. Would still stay here again if these issues get resolved because staff do seem like they’re working hard to make it a great place, location is perfect and close to everything, but definitely more monitoring of unruly or disrespectful guests would be helpful. I don’t mind that people were loud and having fun late on a weekend but it was excessive and kept going all night. Def would like to be able to use the hot tub and shower next time!
