It’s not run like a hotel- We stayed 5 nights, and had to ask for a towel exchange, and our suite was never cleaned, or even offered to be cleaned. We are clean people, so not a problem, but don’t come with the mindset that it’s a hotel.
The jacuzzi tried to heat up for almost 3 hours to lukewarm, with the host’s assistance.
Teapot, soap dispenser, and kitchen sink all leak. We moved into the upper Chardonnay suite on day 2 because the hot water did not stay on for more that 30-40 seconds. Moreover, the lowest suite we left was very damp, with evidence of mold throughout.
The beauty of this property is incredible. The transom windows allow you to see the magnificent clouds, and the storms that pass are a true gift. The covered deck is wonderful, and there is even a barbecue to cook on.
When they finally finish building all the units,expect plenty of noise) the owner should rethink some current problems, and management issues, and we sincerely hope this unique property thrives.
