This hotel is a gem! I wanted to move in. The staff was extremely helpful. We parked our car with them and the fee is 40 euros but that is absolutely the going rate for hotel parking in Ortigia. Luca, the Desk Manager was a delight. We made last minute reservations and he was so helpful and welcoming. We absolutely love our rooms facing the sea. I slept with my window open and enjoyed the sounds of the waves all night. Luca also made dinner reservations for us and we had a marvelous evening. I wanted to move in. The hotel is new but comfortable. The bathroom/shower was well laid out and luxurious.

We arrived feeling stressed after the drive to the hotel! The lovely young lady on the front desk welcomed us with a warm Smile and arranged for the bartender to bring us a drink outside so we could soak up the afternoon sun and relax. We were served a delicious aperol. The decor throughout the hotel is very tasteful even the corridors to the room. Clean white walls but a hint of original brickwork showing. Comfy beds, crisp white linen. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Everywhere was spotless. Great breakfast and amazing service. Lovely location just opposite the pretty pebbly beach and around the corner from the lovely streets full of restaurants, shops and wonderful architecture. Would definitely return.
