The morning that we arrived after a few days of travel, they booked us into a room opposite a wall with construction. Our first sleep in days was interrupted by loud hammering right next to our heads. There were other rooms available, and the hammering was only audible near ours. I don't know why they did that.

It’s a cute property nestled in the heart of Mendoza. Very clean, very tranquil and convenient to all of the attractions. Majority of the staff are friendly and considerate. But I noticed a stark difference in treatment from Spanish looking clients and none Spanish looking clients. One example: one morning we go to breakfast, there is no one there. It’s just two of us, we sit at a table set for four. The staff comes out and ask us to move to a table set for two. We politely move. Right after we move, another couple comes down and sits exactly where we were sitting and the staff says nothing to them. They only look at them. The staff can see us looking at the them and the couple but they let the couple eat there in peace. As they smile and laugh at the front desk. As a person who has experienced prejudice and racism in my own country all of my life, I wasn’t expecting to see it here in Mendoza.

Front desk staff were excellent, especially the young man who checked us in. My only issue was that the outlet next to the bathroom mirror didn’t work, which made using the hairdryer a little challenging, it was a minor inconvenience as we were only there for one night.

The hotel was really nice and the service also was outstanding. At the front desk people were very friendly and very nice. They would unswear all the questions and will give an advise/suggestions. The only thing that I didnt liked was the smoking area that was on the front yard and on a porch.

Atendimento dos funcionários foi muito boa, mas o quarto deixou muito a desejar, terceiro andar, uma escada em que somente 1 pessoa passa de cada vez, terceiro andar, não têm elevador, o quarto pequeno, sistema de iluminação que não funcionava (ficava piscando direto), o banheiro péssimo, pequeno, tampa do vaso de plástico trincada e torta, pia baixa, ia no meio da coxa, para ter uma ideia, para escovar os dentes tinha que dobrar os joelhos pois se não fizesse assim não conseguia me abaixar pois para qualquer direção a bunda batia na parede ou na porta, quanto ao chuveiro, o pior que já vi, além de ser uma lona que separava do resto já minúsculo, a ducha levava em torno de 5 min para esquentar, e molhava o banheiro inteiro, então vc não podia levar roupas ou toalhas para dentro do banheiro pois a ducha molhava tudo, mesmo que vc não quisesse lavar o cabelo, saia de lá totalmente molhado. O local do banho é minúsculo também, para se ter uma ideia, não dava para dobra o joelho em pé, para lavar os pés, a experiência foi muito ruim, duvido que o dono um dia dormiu neste quarto para ter essa experiência. Lado bom foi a proximidade com a praça e locais de comida.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica entre as Praças Itália, Espanha e Independência, localização nota 10, faz todo o centro a pé. Achamos o quarto pequeno, não tem frigobar e o banheiro minúsculo, mas era confortável e limpo, como só íamos a noite para dormir, atendeu bem. Café bem básico e pouca variedade, mas também era bom, atendimento dos funcionários todos muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente os recepcionistas. Recomendo o hotel. Obrigada.
