We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was lovely. The location is unbeatable if you’re visiting the Big Bend area—perfectly situated and very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice spot in town to stay at. Room was clean and comfortable. The noise from the band below didn't bother me and was over around 11pm. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. There is a common refrigerator and a common room. The rooms are small but overall it’s a good price.

Our room was small but served its purpose. The location was great and very convenient to bars and restaurants. You could hear the bar noise from your room but we took our own fan and that helped to drowned out the noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Have trouble to find it on my own, have to ask. It is a door to upstairs and easy to oversight. No staff there but no trouble to use access code to check in room. Given the area, I would not complain.

Great stay in the heart of Alpine! The hotel was very clean and well-kept, with a modern boutique feel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots. It was a bit noisy at night, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Alpine.

The room we stayed in was a bit smaller than what i like but don't let that deter you. The room was the perfect temperature, had two very comfortable beds, a smart tv with Roku, a clean bathroom and very little ambient noise. All with a beautiful rustic decor. Check in and check out were as simple as it gets. The location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

I waited to write my rating to see if my opinion mellowed; it didn't. First, there is NO STAFF. They send you a code to log into the cryptic door that's next door to the bar downstairs, then another code to unlock the room. The worst part; the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people next door and ended up knocking on the wall as a "hint" to quiet down. The man then knocked on our door and said that he just wanted to apologize for the noise. When I said "okay" he responded with "What the f***." No idea what that was all about. I closed the door and he knocked again, trying to apologize; totally bizarre. The reservation did say that earplugs are provided but they only gave us one pair, which I used but could still hear noise from the street. The room was also right above the restaurant/bar and the live musicians could be clearly heard. Luckily, we were heading downstairs for dinner, and the performers ended before we went back upstairs. As for Amenities, I rated it good since the restaurant had excellent food and drinks but I don't even know if the two are owned by the same person/company. The bedroom decor was nice and bedding was pretty. The floor was filthy, looked like it was never cleaned. There were directions for logging onto the internet but it did not work at all. First of all, the name of the service didn't even show up as a choice. We tried the passwords on a few other sites but nothing worked, so I could not use my laptop. No staff to fix it.

the room was clean the staff when there were pleasant. the parking was too scary for my wife to walk thru there were many loud men in the front of the door or you had to walk down an alley with trash and dumpsters in the total dark. It is not a hotel it is a hostel. You could hear all the residents all night long till 1 to 2 o’clock in the morning. it would be ok at 50.00 a night but not 130.00. It was a total rip off. I did call about not having my room cleaned or the bed made and I was told they did not do that but they did come and clean the room and give us fresh towels. I thanked them for that. I won’t use your services again.

The room was small. I had a reserved a deluxe room expecting a queen size bed. There waa a smaller double bed. The bed was otherwise comfortable and room was clean. I would have expected at least a chair in the room, but there was none. There is a common room with a refrigerator to put some stuff in, but none in your room. The staff was friendly but it is not staffed full time (which i knew before hand). The biggest problem was the location a block away from the hotel. I was woken up at least 4-5 times throughout the night by VERY loud train whistles. Obviously the hotel can not control this and they did provide ear plugs for your use. But i did not see anything about this previously. I would not return unfortunately because it is right in the heart of the town near restaurants.

2/10 Poor

It had a very noisy environment, noisy air conditioner, no refrigerator in room. The door had a huge gap at the bottom of it, and didn't feel secure. I wasn't aware I would need ear plugs, until after I paid in full. The shower didn't stay hot, and the shower head was painful.; The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The remotes needed new batteries. There was no place for a couch to sit, it was a very small room. No breakfast provided.

2/10 Poor

Unacceptable amounts of noise that woke us up multiple times with management being slow to unwilling to respond. No on-site parking, you have to rely on spots being available on the street or in the free city lot behind the building. The bed was comfy.

I stayed here about a year ago when moving my son into his college dorm room. Came back about 9 months later and the place is falling apart. Rooms were dirty, common areas filthy, the crowd was questionable - will definitely be looking for a new place to stay when we visit Alpine. Very disappointing.

This is not really hotel, more of a room for rent above a bar. No reception area or an attendant. Beds were extremely soft for my preference. Did not have any issues other than the ac system made a weird noise.
