We stayed in the Hello Kitty room, the room was clean and beautiful. Our girls absolutely loved it. The slide was a bit fast, I would recommend putting padding on the wall in front. But our daughters didn’t care they enjoyed it thoroughly. The climbing wall and swing was good fun too. Kept them entertained. They loved sitting on our bed and watching movies on the projector. A bit dated but clean and well maintained. Staff very responsive. Breakfast has a good range and is very good. The pool was being refurbished but they had back up options which I appreciated. Walkable to mall and JB Sentral.
I was amazed by the room this time round, well equipped and clean, and surprised that the room service for food and beverage has resumed. Staffs at the front desk were very polite, friendly and helpful, not forgetting the other service staffs as well. A great place to stay and unwind. Bravo!
