Perfecto Parco Tirreno!
Parco Tirreno was a great accommodation and safe space to stay as a solo female traveling alone. Also, the apartment was super spacious, clean and comfortable. Centrally located! Perfect choice!

Good room
Free parking, good big rooms with balcony, 10 mins walk to metro, daily room service, average breakfast.

8/10 Very good

Overall, it was a good place with all facilities required and convenient location to access public transport. Breakfast included was basic but good: pastry, cereals, yoghurt, hot drinks, toast. The building was a bit old and the room had a musty smell but the bed and bathroom were very clean, therefore it was ok. Good to note that the room was very spacious too!

Good hotel, super-convenient location
Great to have free parking.. hotels.com does not clearly state if there's free parking at the hotel but indeed there is. Large rooms, good bathroom with nice toiletries. Breakfast decent enough.

This hotel is proper for people coming to work in the area and not for leisure and holidays. It should be mentioned

Reasonably priced
The price is very reasonable. Hotel used to be nice, now needs some reconstruction. But it is clean, staff is friendly. Metro is about 10 min walk.

I wouldn't stay here if I were you.
Not great. Constant construction, dirty pool (skin soup) and not great service or amenities. Mold in the bathroom. The location was decent, and it was cheap, that's about it. I wouldn't stay again

Pool not open, no extra sheets (this is a hotel), breakfast items not replaced when empty. Get up early! Housekeeping wanting to clean the room at 8:45 am. Rooms clean.

Parco stay
Was disappointed that hotel did not mention that it was under going renovations. Our sink and shower kept getting blocked we could open the plug to let out the water. Also no restaurant or bar. It meant we had to make sure we ate dinner before returning to hotel. Breakfast was nothing exciting at all. Rooms need to be dated TV was it working at all.

Pool is separate from your hotel stay, there is a fee for the swiming pool. You also have to wear a hair cap that they sell you. There is no restaurant onsite. The water boiler takes a whole day to warm up the water for a shower. Ice cold the 1st day.
Llulyanna, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The property has dirty bathrooms with black sealant and fungus on the walls. The hot water is not good enough for a room of FOUR people as the tank does not work fast enough and you need to wait an hour between each shower. The hotel breakfast has no eggs, I have never been in a hotel that doesn’t do eggs for breakfast. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in, Expedia should not be listing you on their website.

We don't recommend the hotel
As a 4 star hotel, we thought we would enjoy the luxury and comfort of 4 star hotels in a European country. On the contrary, the reception staff don't speak English at all (nor any language other than Italian), the elevators and corridors are not air-conditioned and not well lit, the heat inside is unbearable, the general cleanliness is substandard, the air-conditioning in the rooms works acceptable and not as it should, the minibar completely empty and the hotel doesn't serve alcoholic drinks at all, breakfast is just toast and cheese and tea or coffee as if we were in a scout camp😅
Ahid, 2-night trip

very bad service and attention of the staff. They do not clean the room well and it is very insecure.

You should not choose this hotel. There was 2 rooms in our hotel room and only one AC unit. The other room was really hot. Furthermore, there was no Hair dryer to be found and when we asked, we were told there were only 4 in the entire hotel... Don't look for a phone in the room, there is none... Finally, if you decide to go to the advertised swimming pool, be prepared to pay between 10 and 15 Euros Per Person... included breakfast was decent.

6/10 Good

I stayed with my family from 5 to 7 August in room 019. All in all, good value for money. We are talking about Rome and we know that the prices are high and the requests are many. We were assigned an apartment with bedroom, living room with mini kitchenette and bathroom. Unfortunately the structure is dated and the carpet makes an impression because it transmits dirt but given the price paid and being unpretentious we made it go well. Breakfast nothing special but the boy in the room very kind and welcoming. Reception staff also very friendly and welcoming. In 10 minutes on foot you were at the metro stop that took you anywhere in Rome. Convenient and practical parking. We weren't disturbed by noise so we slept well! In our opinion, the property is in dire need of renovation...

So-so stay, disappointing coffee
Our visit was so-so. If you're not planning to spend much time in the hotel, this will do. It's a bit out of the way, but a 10 min walk from the nearest metro station. Its an old property and they have not re-furnished all the floors. The staff responded to issues reported, even though the resolution was absent or not satisfactory. We first got a room which was quite old, and the toilet was really dirty. They took about an hour, but did change the room. The second room was slightly newer. The AC worked however they didn't give us the remote - the manager set the temperature to 17 degrees, and took the remote with him!!! So the hotel will dictate what your room temperature ought to be. Breakfast had no hot items, and there were 3 kinds of sweet breads. Toast was only white bread. The coffee was terrible - totally unexpected in Italy. It was definitely not espresso based, even though the machine was fancy. If you like your coffee, walk out of the hotel, turn left & go to the small cafe at the gas/petrol station next door. Also a warning, if you need a hot shower make sure you finish off within 8-10 minutes. That's how long the hot water lasts.
