Terrible Stay
The booking was terrible. I got confirmation from Expedia but the hotel reception would not honor it as Expedia did not send the email copy to Hotel, I waited 3 hours, after calling the expedia gold+ customer service the hotel receptionist still did not give the room as promised to Expedia agent. I spent about 30 US $ for international call to fix my problem but still unlucky. Finally I got the room, but the smell is terrible although I requested a non smoking room. I requested to change the room as It was about midnight and the receptionist told that there is no room available and the payment will be returned If I wish. Not expected to get this response.
After several persuasion I was given a Jr suite. The bed was hard and my back was soring when I woke up.
