Communications were extremely poor. We had communicated that we will arrive after 6 pm. They provided instructions for auto check in which did not work. I followed the instructions to use the credit card several times. I tried calling them with no answer. Finally reached someone via by ringing bell next to keypad on the outside. Told us the place to find the key with our name on it. Apparently, no key with our name. It had several two keys with same name of which one was for our room. Meanwhile my credit card got blocked as I had tried to use it previously in the check-in machine. They wanted me to make the payment in the morning when someone is at the property after 9 am. We had a day trip starting 8 am next morning. They have consideration of guest time and inconvenience caused by lack of their communications.
