Very nice hotel and pleasant staff who couldn't do enough for you. Most of the sights are about 40 minutes walk away or there's a tram stop a few minutes walk which is really easy to use and takes about 15 minutes. Very modern looking and the spa is lovely.

Hotel showing its age now. It's also a alcohol free in the hotel, so if you enjoy a beer or wine with your dinner find somewhere else to stay. Dinner menu is also very limited. I would not stay here again!

Very nice hotel in a tough to beat location - I think it's better positioned than the hotels closer to Baščaršija. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is responsive and professional. Only thing that surprised me is that I ended up in a smoking room - not something you'd expect would even exist in a 4 star hotel these days. They should make it clearer during the booking process that there are smoking rooms.
