Very convenient location - close to everything. Pleasant street. Nice lobby with attached restaurant. Extremely helpful, responsive staff. Breakfast included. Shower is strong and hot. Clean rooms. Speaking of rooms - beware that they are very basic and utilitarian. No fancy vibe.

Comfortable room, decent shower. They accommodated our breakfast time so we could get in line for the bus in time for our 8 a.m. entry to Machu Pichu. They also had massage on site, but we did not have time for that, sadly. Tip: if you are not traveling light, they will transfer your luggage to/from the station for 35 soles. Totally worth it, because you have to walk up the hill to get there!

El chek in fue algo lento y tuvimos que esperar las habitaciones son pequeñas especialmente el baño, el desayuno si estuvo bueno solo que algo temprano, ideal si tienes tours muy temprano pero no si quieres descansar hasta tarde, tuve problemas con el agua caliente pero tuve que esperar para bañarme buena ubicación a los baños termales, cansado para subir y bajar desde la plaza

El primer cuarto que nos dieron no estaba limpio, las sabanas estaban manchadas y todo olia a guardado. Con el segundo cuarto fue igual. El agua de la ducha era fria. El desayuno nunca fue remplazado, entonces si no eres de los primeros lo que queda ( que es poco) esta seco
