Hotel bom para passagem. Apesar do preço, não recomendo para mais de duas estadias. Prédio antigo sem reformas, sendo basicamente tudo precário, portas, camas, chuveiro, móveis, tvs etc. Limpeza e atendimento razoáveis. A limpeza do quarto é perceptívelmente de aparência, basta tirar alguma coisa do lugar; atendimento básico do pessoal da recepção. Em resumo: se não quer luxo, para uma estadia rápida, recomendo. Don contrário, para mais de duas noites, não recomendo.

Pior quarto de hotel que já fiquei na minha vida.
Ficamos no quarto 811, dos funcionários não tenho nada a reclamar, mas o quarto é terrível, assustador, parecia um mausoléu, banheiro com vazamento, piso todo feio, parede parece que tinha jogado algo e nunca limpado, fiquei horrorizado, tive que pedir desculpa pra minha família por colocar eles num lugar daquele.

Foi bom!
Foi bom pelo motivo de ser no centro da cidade.Fechei o pacote de diárias no San Martin por estar perto de vários comércios, pontos históricos e shoppings.Quanto a limpeza, não dei cinco estrelas por ter um vaso sanitário encardido no fundo e mantas nas camas que me deram alergia.Quanto ao atendimento fomos bem tratados.

Horrível, pior experiência possível...
Experiência terrível, nunca havia ficado num hotel tão ruim como esse! Nada funcionava, ar condicionado, tomadas, telefone, comuniquei a recepção que falou que o hotel estava lotado e não tinha como trocar de quarto. A solução foi ir para o quarto ao lado com os colchões que era do meu cunhado e minha cunhada para conseguir ficar uma noite. Banheiro cheiro de xixi terrível...

Nos hospedamos de 01 à 02/01/25, em 2 casais e minha sobrinha. A estadia no meu quarto foi razoável para ruim, principalmente a manutenção do prédio e instalações. Porem o quarto de meu irmão péssimo, sendo: Colchão de casal (péssimo); ar (não funcionou), quando tentava ligar o ar, as luzes do quarto se apagavam. Fomos todos dormir no meu quarto pois era impossível ficar no mesmo devido o calor. O responsável pela manutenção não apareceu até ás 9h quando fizemos o checkout. Enfim, não tivemos uma boa experiência, ainda bem, que foi apenas uma noite.
