Wonderful experience. This cave hotel is ideally located within steps of restaurants and cafes and all the activities. Rooms are exceptionally modern inside yet retaining the original ambiance of the cave. Front desk manager was very courteous and very helpful. We loved this hotel. The courtyard and the various terraces with beautiful views over the town. You can see the balloon flights from here easily from the top terrace. The room was partly in the rock giving the experience of it but not to the extreme.

The location is very good, close the restaurants and stores. Customer service was very good. Breakfast was excellent! Main thing the view was amazing!! Every morning we woke just to see the sunrise and the balloons from our balcony!! Beautiful!! We had the biggest room at the hotel with balcony. They do have a terrace where you can go to view the balloons as well for all guests. Very beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel!!
