We went to Bull at Foolow for our anniversary hike we do every year. The Inn is absolutely picturesque, loved the vibe of the interior and the surounding area is beautiful as well. The food is something out of this world. You would not expect such a high level cuisine in the middle of Peak District. The staff and locals down the restaurant/pub were real friendly which made this experience even better. We are definitelly coming back as soon as we can.

Lovely, friendly pub with amazing food.
The Bull at Foolow is a lovely pub and the room was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the food was amazing! The whipped goat's cheese starter was so good that we had it twice!

Excellent two night stay at The Bull, Foolow
An excellent two night stay to attend a wedding locally. Accommodation spotless, very comfortable bed, well proportioned room with all the facilities you would hope for. The pedestal fan was greatly appreciated too. Food was all home-made and very tasty. The ginger cake with caramel sauce and the lamb and mint pie come highly recommended. I did knock one star off for service as the waitress for saturday breakfast, shall we say, did not look like she was enjoying her job very much. This one small comment aside, The Bulls Head is a lovely place to stay, we will have no hesitation in returning and thoroughly recommend it to all.

A delightful stay at the Bull Inn, Foolow
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Bull Inn at Foolow during the May Bank Holiday weekend. We were fortunate enough to book the apartment, which exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and tasteful decor. Upon our late arrival on Friday, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who even offered to keep the bar open for us to enjoy a nightcap. This gesture set the tone for the exceptional hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast, especially the Derbyshire Breakfast. The lady who served us on Saturday and Sunday morning was an absolute delight. Her cheerful demeanor and welcoming attitude made our mornings even brighter. The Bull Inn at Foolow is a charming bed and breakfast pub that offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff's attention to detail and genuine friendliness made our stay truly memorable.
