Hotel was clean, location was good, but the ice machine was broken, no bottled water in rooms, and none of the customary amenities of good hotels.

Do not beleive reviews. Terrible dirty hotel
Did not receive room we booked. Room was in terrible condition. TV did not work, shower water pressure was no. Existent. Glass shower door replaced with Gerry rigged shower curtain mounted with zip ties. Elevator was not clean. Check In took probably at least 30 min or longer. Hotel had good reviews but they must have paid for those reviews.

I chose Hampton Inn because it is a reliable brand. I was not disappointed. The first room we checked into had a problem with the toilet, but the manager responded immediately and moved us to a different room. Everything else went smoothly as expected.

The property was good overall. This is a Hilton Property and they charge extra for decent internet. I paid the extra, but the internet was too slow to watch videos. The breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. The room I had could use some cleaning around the edges, particularly the bathroom.

AVOID IF LOOKING FOR INDOOR POOL
We specifically chose this hotel for indoor pool and hot tub. Both were in awful condition. We asked them if we could have refund. Response was pool not listed as heated so no refund - yet "hot" tub had no heat either. My granddaughters so disappointed. Girl at front desk as sweet as she could be (as I was not the only guest complaining) -only reason not 1 star. We left and continued to home. Take a look at pics and form your own opinion. BTW there were no signs indicating hot tub out of service.
