We had a great time at the hotel it was relaxing the rooms are spacious and clean and food for breakfast was a lot of options. I wouldn’t pay for the water park to be included as you can’t go on all the rides if you have children under 12 which isn’t clear when you book. Plus the slides at the pool are so much fun for all ages

Overpriced waterpark

The water park is overpriced with only 2 water slides. Slides have height and weight requirement, however these are only visible after you pay to go in. We paid additional £100 for the use of the water park but we could not use it due to the restrictions. The hotel refused to refund us or provide hotel credit. Only the next day they agreed to flex their restrictions and my son was allowed to use the slide. There is no need to pay for the water park The hotel has enough outdoor pools. Overall, the experience was good but we were left with a bad feeling after the issue with the water park. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious with good variety to choose from. Great in every way!

We extended our stay two times. Really nice and fun stay at this amazing hotel! Will definitely be back. So much fun to do with the kids, waterpark, onsen, feed the fish, rooftop pool, kids playroom. Just amazing and really nice staff!

We loved our rooms, all the Christmas decorations, the water parks, the rooftop infinity pool and the spa. The breakfast buffet and the restaurants were great too. We would definitely go back and stay there next time we visit Da Nang.

little far from the city center but the hotel offers great options for activity and restaurants. loved infinity pool and its bar where pizza was the best I had in anywhere of Vietnam. Also other restaurants such as karan and nami provided tasty menus that my family enjoyed. the hotel's water park was huge and very good also.

Not recommended

Stayed here in May 2025. Would not recommend this place. The resort has 2 water parks which Is the main draw. Hotel is far from the city and there is nothing to do around. The hotel is quite stingy. It is the first time where I experienced that hotel gives 700 ml water per day (2 small bottles) for 2 adults and 2 children. When asked for more water they said we need to return the pepsi in the mini bar and get water. Found it funny. Food options are ok. Buffet usually has a queue. The staff is ok but they follow the hotel policy so cannot really blame them. Rooms are ok but below 5 star standard in South East Asia. There is a mart below but with very limited options. For beach you need to take a golf cart . Beach club is fine but too crowded. Same for water park as it’s not easy sometimes to find an empty bench to sit. I believe for the same amount of money you can get better options .

Four star service…

This is a four star service - not a five star hotel. Poor service even when we had booked a executive suite. Concierge Vy did not answer prompt on our request. Our son had birthday but she was not able to arrange some balloons at the breakfast table. We asked for sugar free Pepsi in the free minibar, but it was not possible to arrange!!! On every small request the answer was always- we can not. Stay away and choose another five star resort. Disappointed service.

The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again.
