I heard from an employee that the place is getting sold, therefore everyone is demotivated and confused abou job security.
No one wears name badges, no smiles, Irene took 18 minutes to check us, I had to show picture of a coffee pot on their Expedia photos to get one send to my room. Furniture old, breakfast . There is no culture of service. Rodrigo was little more cooperative after initial conflict.
