To get to the hotel one has to walk thru a tunnel when arriving by train, at dark not the nicest thing to do. However the hotel is excellent, very nice. clean and modern facility, great breakfast, nice rooms. If walking thru the tunnel, at the end of it go right away up to the street level above, do not walk along the street car track divider to the next crossing of the street. You can also by pass the tunnel by going thru the station corridor and up to the street above..

Very happy hotel
I've stayed here a few times. It is very convenient to the train station, and remarkably quiet. Staff was pleasant and professional. The rooms have fun, interesting designs, and are very well done. This trip, housekeeping seemed a bit off their game. One of the bed skirts was dirty, and the floor was a little dusty. Overall, though, a pleasant place. I hope to stay here again.

Overall, its ok. The staff is friendly and attentive. The place looks nice and quite comfortable. BUT if you need a dark room in order to sleep well in summer, this is not your hotel. The curtains are far from being blackout! So its bright all the time. Also, neither of their bathroom have a proper chanhing table for kids which surprised me a lot as it supposed to be a family friendly hotel.

Ensimmäinen ja viimeinen kerta.
Ensin hyvät asiat, sijainti on hyvä ja aamiainen erinomainen; myös henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Mutta sitten on vähän huonompiakin asioita. Otimme perushintaisen huoneen leveällä parivuoteella koska kuvittelimme sen olevan 4 tähden hotellissa vähintään samaa tasoa kuin usein aiemmin kokemissamme 3 tähden hotelleissa. Huone oli pieni, siinä ei ollut minkäänlaista naulakkoa eteisessä, ei edes koukkuja. Märät ulkovaatteet pitää siis tuoda pikkuiseen komeroon sängyn vieressä. Huoneessa ei tietenkään ollut myöskään minkäänlaista nojatuolia, sen ilmeisesti korvasi pehmustettu pyörillä oleva rahi - siitäkin sattui puuttumaan yksi pyörä joten siinä ei sitten istuttu kenkiä jalkaan laittaessa. Kahden yön yöpymisemme ensimmäisen yön jälkeen ei tultu siivoamaan, emme odottaneetkaan uusia pyyhkeitä mutta käsittääkseni tapana on ollut tsekata wc:n siisteys, tyhjentää roskikset ja sijata vuode? Televisio oli suuri mutta siinä ei ollut mitään kansainvälisiä kanavia, yleensähän "huonommissakin" hotelleissa on Tv5 France, Cnbc yms. peruskanavat. Täällä oli 3 pohjoismaista kanavaa Suomen peruskanavien lisäksi. Emme kerta kaikkiaan ymmärrä mihin 4 tähden luokitus perustuu? Tampereella on loistavalla sijainnilla useita hotelleja joten kokemuksemme perusteella kannattaa valita joku muu hotelli.
