Bad communication, really bad breakfast

Overall ok place to stay. Clean and nice, with comfortable bed and good shower. PIN code to enter the building and room worked smoothly. Location ok, Close to train station, about 20 min walk to the proper center of the city. Cons: Unpleasant smell in the apartment, like a combination between perfume and slight mold(?). Payed extra for breakfast as I was there for a work event with early mornings. The breakfast was a joke! It was supposed to be delivered to the door at early morning. First day no breakfast, Mesaged via app (first a bot, then human), and they said they would fix it. And yes, it came the next days, but I discovered that it was left by my door at around 00-02 at night, so it was sitting there the whole night getting warm and dry and unappetizing. Complained about this and asked them to cancel my breakfast for the remaining days. It still arrived every night and I have no idea if I will get a refund…
