10/10 Exceptional

First of all, I wanna say don’t be alarmed by the lack of reviews. The hotel is new, it just opened 3 months ago. For the price, the quality is outstanding. Big room and you have everything you need. They change the towels daily and tidy up the room, which is unusual for hotels in Japan. Most hotels claim to have eco-friendly service and don’t offer daily housekeeping. There’s a lounge for guests open from 7 AM to midnight with snacks, pastries and drinks, including alcohol. I wanna thank Igor for the exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly knowledgeable and told us about Japan and its cultural nuances. The staff overall are very sweet and polite. Nisha was also very nice and gave us a detailed tour of the room . The staff are very detail-oriented and international, from different cultural backgrounds, which is awesome, because it’s easier to make connections with guests visiting from various countries. We also had pleasant conversations with a staff member from Brazil (sorry, forgot his name!). Top notch service and we wanna come back to this hotel!
