Nice renovated rooms in small building. Area is great as you are in the middle of Provenza, yet not on the main street. Everything is walkable - plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs, supermaket, nightlife. The only disadvantage - if you are not a good sleeper - may be the noise, as there is a nightclub nearby that you can hear depending on the room you are in.
