I have handled my own vacation arrangements for over 25 years now and I can without a doubt say this was the worst experience of my life. I booked this Hotel back in April of 2024 for a September 2024 stay. I utilized Expedia.com to book the hotel and the price was very high for an off street place but I attributed that to the Music Festival that was going to be in town. Note, many hotels were completely booked and Expedia indicated on their site that only a few rooms remained at this property. Days before my visit I went online to confirm my information and saw that there were listings for this same property (6) and the pricing was half of what I had booked at in April. I immediately started to work with Expedia and the property to get the overage I was charged refunded back to me. I wasn't able to get actual people to talk to until the day I was leaving to go on my trip. To my surprise both parties decided to play a game of "not it". Neither Expedia nor the Ambassador would help with getting a refund, thus running me back and forth on the phone to get someone to approve the changes but none the less nobody was willing to help out. Additionally, the hotel was disgusting with stains on the walls and bed. Towels with stains imbedded in them. Dead bugs crushed against the wall and mold on the drywall in the bathroom. I have pictures of all of these issues. The absolute worst experience of my life. they should be ashamed of themselves as they are filthy and they are crooks.
