Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.

Reasonable hotel
I always stay in this hotel whenever I visit JB as it's location is next to a shopping mall which I like. However, in terms of cleanliness, it's only reasonable as I've spotted a tiny cockroach scuttling away in the bathroom.
