An absolutely first class hotel and a great stay. The staff were exceptional and especially Benjamin who bent over backwards to welcome us and organise all our special requirements for young children etc. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

The standout feature was the staff. Way ahead of my arrival they helped in booking dinners and winery visits, plus helped with other arrival departure logistics. The property was top notch and close to Bages commune for a few things to visit. Unfortunately, no on-site dinner restaurant - apparently it didn't survive Covid. But breakfast was great in a great setting, and the staff was helpful in booking dinners offsite.

The Chateau was beautiful. Many lounging areas with fireplaces and views of vineyards. The staff was so amazing. Very attentive. Our room was huge. The balcony in our suite was bigger than our room in Paris. I loved our bathroom with marble and luxury faucets. Huge bathtub. Very close to the winery we toured Chateau Mouton Rothschild. Excellent bistro nearby Bistro Chez Meme. I would highly recommend this Chateaux for your adventures in Bordeaux

A perfect 10. we arrived with our e-bikes in the pouring rain and were cordially and friendly welcomed and taken care of. Fantastic staff (very nice and helpful and highly competent), beautiful hotel & environment, with one of the best breakfast (buffets) ever (really!). The room was spacious, airy, beautifully designed and fully functional. Because the on-site restaurant was closed (COVID related), the hotel had booked us a table for dinner at its nearby bistro (presented as a bistro, which it was BUT: oh, wow. This is when it clicked: the bistro belongs to the owners of chateau Lynch Bages - more substance than show! Beautiful ambiance, delicious food and wine). Yes, the stay was perfect and we‘ll return not before long.
