When I booked the room, I was told that if I arrived later than 18:00 I had to pick up the keys at another establishment. I was about to cancel, but they wouldn't return the money, so I decided it was better to go by taxi to the first establishment to pick up the keys and the matter was resolved.
I arrived at Buenos Aires airport at two o'clock in the morning, the taxi took me to the establishment to pick up the keys to the room. They don't give me any indication, only a key. When I arrive at the Hotel Babel, the key doesn't work. After several minutes trying to get in, the taxi driver tells me that he has to leave, that he has been docked twice in the same area.
I convince him to take me back to the first establishment. The person in charge tells me that he's new, and that he can't help me. There is no phone I can call.
Finally I decide to stay in the establishment where I pick up the keys, which is a youth hostel. He tells me that I have to pay for it, that it has nothing to do with the first one. The room is a backpacker's hostel, and the bathroom is shared. At least it was clean.
The next day at Hotel Babel they apologize and tell me that they forgot the key to the entrance, that they had put in a new system, but they didn't tell me the access code either. They didn't give me back the cost of the room, but they offer me to stay one night free of char
