We stayed in a family suite (separate rooms with a pull-out bed in the adjacent room). The suite and especially the bathroom were small. There was a dual HVAC system for each room. One of the systems was broken and the room remained quite warm during our stay. The Policia Militare were in the hotel daily and the hotel security seemed to be on constant high alert. It was a bit nerve wracking. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet!

Nightmare! We arrived at 11 p.m. and the light and power were off. Our rooms were at 7 and 11th floor. We had to carry our luggages via emergency stairs, we were able to enter the rooms half an hour later. We had to ask for an upgrade to compensate the discomfort. On our day of leaving water was not available in the rooms….

Almost everything was great, food was amazing. One worse thing we had was the plastic pillows. Such a beautiful and comfortable rooms have the WORSE touch you can have, the plastic pillows ?? I don’t know who would think that they are appropriate and comfortable, really?? Hotel management do not notice that even in the hospitals they give a better pillows ?? That was the only reason I am taking one star away. Otherwise hotel was amazing.

Hotel mag van buiten wel wat opgeknapt worden.
Prima verblijf. Wat achterstallig onderhoud en gedateerd. In een slechte buurt. Je kan niet naar het strand hier. ‘‘s avonds moet je met een Uber terug want dan is de buurt leeg en vol zwervers. Niet echt in het centrum. Ontbijt is oké, geen vers gebakken eieren.
