We only stayed one night but we had a nice room although very small. It may have been one of the smallest we’ve ever stayed in but it was bright and clean as was the bathroom. The location was in the quiet end of the harbor making it great for dining and walking and shopping but also quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was decent.

Great hotel
We were welcomed with beautiful and warm smiles . We stayed 5 nights and every night we had a question and needed assistance, each night the front desk receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly . Our room was always cleaned nicely. Incredible location and wonderful staff make this a perfect base from which to explore Chania Old Town. There are a couple of bicycles available (only a couple) and you can ride to the nearby beach for a swim. The hotel can help you rent a car, arrange tours, and find activities nearby - every recommendation I got was excellent. If you can, be sure to book a sea view room, and do it directly with the hotel! I made my reservation with Expedia, and I did not get the sea view room I wanted despite paying for it (the site claims I did not make this selection, but I am absolutely positive that I did). The city view rooms are a little depressing and claustrophobic, but the wonderful management and staff made it pleasant to be out of the room enjoying the gorgeous view, the people watching, and the excellent breakfast from the hotel.
