Disappointed
This place is great over all nice people clean rooms. We have stayed twice. First time no fees for parking. However this time they didn’t tell us they are now charging you for parking nightly. So be ready for $14 in extra charges even if your booking total doesn’t say that. I was not happy. There would be no other place to park but the parking lot. What a scam for money. They didn’t even pick up our trash the whole time we stayed but need us to pay for a parking spot in the lot. We also needed handicapped and there is only five or six in the whole lot. It’s only a little thing but it’s enough to make me look for another place to stay. Simply because of the lack of transparency and clear money grab.

Extra charges
Had a dog stay one night in a kennel. That charge was fine and fully expected. However, my husband also only stayed the one night with his car but I was charged every single day for his parking. That was not cool. Somehow they could charge me for that but couldn’t take off the $30 for extra adult charge when my daughter decided not to come. Very convenient

This is advertised on your site as FREE PARKING. There is a $14.00 parking fee per night and a $50 hold placed on your card, which was not stated in advance. The hotel is nice but persons should know what they will have to pay.

This was a return visit. The wife and I stayed at Staybridge Suites earlier this year 4th of July weekend. Check in was nice and smooth once again. At check-in the person at the front desk(sorry I can't remember her name but she was amazing!) told us if we needed anything to ask the front desk. My brother is one of the GM's of Lure Restaurant in downtown ATL. He didn't know we were in town and I was going to just pop in as a surprise. Beforehand I found out they were having a special event that evening that required more dressy attire than we had. Another pleasant woman at the desk told us exactly where to go to get the outfits we needed. The front desk person who we originally dealt with even told us how amazing we looked when we were leaving the hotel for our night out. The continental breakfast is standard mediocrity but they do change the menu from one day to the next. Would definitely stay here a third time.
