Will definitely stay again
The staff that we interacted with were very nice. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered nice options and was good. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that the hallway floors needed a good vacuum. The pool was nice and warm.

Overall good experience.
Overall nice hotel, the carpet is noticeably dirty looking in halls and our room. We had a handicapped room and the shower chair looked like a yard chair. The breakfast was great! The breakfast staff were not the friendliest, but the check in ladies were very helpful and professional.

Feels like home in Frankenmuth
The hotel was great! Very clean, staff was friendly and attentive, price was good and in a great location for visiting Frankenmuth. I did make a couple suggestions: add a exhaust fan in the bathroom, one of the outlets in bathroom needs to be replaced. one day we did not get our room cleaned or fresh towels when we reported it the staff could not be more apologetic and gave us new towels. The continental breakfast was very good. Cereal, yogurt, self made waffles, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, etc. This hotel will not disappoint!

Very nice hotel in a location convenient to tourist attractions. The service was excellent; check in was quick and efficient. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We would return if we visit Frankenmuth again.

Great stay
When I went to check in, my reservation could not be found. The afternoon shift supv took care of the situation promptly, repeatedly apologizing. She was awesome and I walked away laughing. Everything was great, breakfast was delicious.
