First of all, I think all of the staffs are very friendly, helpful and attentive. However, the property itself may need a little freshen up. Decor is a bit dated. Some of the things are a bit worn out, e.g. shower head.
As my room is near the elevator, it makes quite a bit of sound all day long. It can get a bit annoying in the middle of the night. But I am not sure how they can improve on that.
Personally, I think breakfast is good. It is of buffet style and with good choices and taste good, too.
There is actually a shopping centre opposite the road. However, it is a rather busy and huge intersection. Perhaps it might be better to take a tuk tuk or some other transportation to get there. FYI, there is supermarket, all sorts of shops and a lot of eateries in the shopping centre.
In conclusion, i think it was a pleasant stay.
