We liked how helpful the staff was at check in. Despite our limited Spanish and her limited English we had our questions about the neighborhood answered and a taxi back to airport ordered on the day we needed. Plus the breakfast was very nice.

Friendly, comfy and clean
We were given a warm and friendly reception upon arrival, the price was good, our room was big and clean, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast (which started very early, meaning we didn't miss out as usual due to an early tour start!) including eggs for only 1sole more! The hotel is in a good location, just up from all the action and the main square, but far enough to be fairly quiet. They were also very lovely and let us keep our bags in storage overnight (save lugging them all the way upstairs!) and then again the next day while we did a lake tour. They also let us hang out in Reception after our tour while we waited for our overnight bus. The only thing I've marked them 4/5 on, and 5/5 all the others, is because there was no hot water in the morning. There was the previous night, but I was too tired to even eat when we arrived! So if you're wanting a hot shower I'd say get it the night before :)
