If you speak English, this hotel isn't for you
Hotel facilities are ok, the all inclusive is a plus but the service is horrendous, no one speaks English, the white wine they serve is kept outdoor so most of the time warm, the bar team is arrogant especially around the pool trying to do flair but constantly spilling liquid everywhere. The main animator talks so much that is sickening, when you are trying to relax around the pool, you hardly can, the music selection goes up and down in volume constantly and music is caught off mostly after 20 seconds. The wifi is only accessible from the lobby which is a shame. Value for money is not that bad but a good management with people that actually understand what hospitality stands for would make this place 10 times better. Smile doesn't cost anything
