Wonderful Rome City Centre Experience
We took the entire apartment. It was three bedrooms three baths each room had an air conditioner each had a queen size bed in the next two were comfortable and it was clean. Danilo is a wonderful manager and owner and helped us with anything we wanted. He also was able to give advice on landmarks and how to get around including restaurants. We ended up loving his recommendation of Pampone and the other restaurants right around there. It is a true old-school Roman stay has a small kitchenette and all the necessities like an old school apartment clean and comfortable I recommend it.

Room and bathroom we're clean. The host was friendly but hard to communicate with. Three days before check-in I message through Expedia and text to mobile phone but got no answer. An Italian tour guide was able to reach him by phone and sent up a time to meet, which was an hour later than he had specified 3 weeks earlier. It would have been stressful to stand on the street for an hour wondering how to connect with the host if we hadn't had help from a guide. Continental breakfast of a pastry and drink in the cafe at ground level worked out fine.

Good location.
As a B&B, it's not bad. It's part of a family business above a Cafe. We had to wait about 10mins on arrival as there was no one free to check us in. Quite pleasant to stay, great bed and bathroom. Staff very helpful. The position was great for us with family staying in another Hotel around the corner.

Close to Spanish steps
Great location close to Barberini metro station. Street a bit busy and noisy at night. Have to arrange arrival and meeting time as no reception available. Entrance to apartments a bit hidden; locked after hours. Facilities fantastic, clean and spacious. Welcomed by Danilo who showed us arround and provided us with a map and recommendations for our stay in Rome. He also kept our luggage for us after check-out and arranged airport transfers. You receive vouchers for a breakfast of coffee and pastries at the bar downstairs. Good value for money.

Close to city center. Comfortable room, The only downside was breakfast which you get one coffee and one pastry of your choice from the shop on first level. Also parking is by chance. You may not find an spot on the street. No assaign parking.

Sleep in rome
Modern ensuite room within an apartment setting. The owner is very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and he spent some time when we arrived to show us some places to visit on the map. Breakfast is provided by the bar downstairs which is excellent. This hotel has no front desk and access on arrival is by a buzzer (which isn't in the arrival instructions). The area is fairly central- 10 minutes walk to the trevi fountain etc and 30 minutes to the colosseum. It did seem quite a busy area and if you want peace at night you might be better off somewhere else.

Very Nice Hotel and Great Staff
This hotel is really amazing, I was surprised by the comfort of the rooms, washrooms, how clean and tidy the rooms are, how great the location is, and on top of all the hotel staff was more than great. We booked two rooms for 5 people, with extra bed in one of the rooms; We spent two nights there. The hotel location is close to many major attractions in Rome, close to restaurants, shopping places, and hop on hop off buss stop is 50 m away. The hotel provides contenantal Italian breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and individuals.

Close to all that must be experienced in Rome
From the hotel it is easy to start walking through Rome from above. My suggestion is starting from Trinità dei Monti (just above Piazza España). Rooms are in an antique building, with antique furniture but everithing seems to be new, and a big and very comfortable bathroom. We felt just like living in our own apartment in Rome, very romantic.

Great Place but avoid the bar next door
We went to Rome for 6 days in November. Sleep in Ludovisi is a great choice if you want a spacious clean room in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere and if you need a metro it is 5 minutes walking. Danilo is very kind and accomodating, you will for sure have a great experience with him. The aerea can be a bit busy at night so if you have light sleep bring some ear plugs, problem solved. I would not go the the bar Ludovisi next door, not so polite and a coffee at the table costs more here than in the Vatican or on top of Palazzo Vittorio Emanuele.

Great stay...Sleeping in Rome Ludovisi
We can only say positive things about Sleeping in Rome Ludovisi. A well located and impecable bed and breakfast with a huge and clean bathroom and with a manager capable of making your stay a wornderful one. We knew about the good ratings of this B&B but we were very happy to confirm that all the positive reviews were totally accurate and right on! This is not a fancy hotel but its simplicity makes you feel extremely comfortable and if you were renting your own apartment. Therefore, we give to Sleeping in Rome Ludovisi a 10 for service and we totally recommend it. We are sure that if you stay in this B&B, you will be extremely satisfied. FYI: Breakfast is included at the cafeteria downstairs. Our last comment goes to the manager, Danilo. Thank you for all your help and atentions during our stay, for all the great tips and for making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Keep the great work, it will certainly paid off.

Superb location! Can't get better that that!
You can't beat location of this place. Walking distance to pretty much all the attractions. It has spacious room and everything is new. It's cleaned and fresh. The host was waiting and helped to bring my suitcases upstairs. He explained everything in details and was very helpful in many situations. I couldn't book Galleria Borghese's tickets online and he called and got them for us. We were able to stay longer than check out in the room as our flight was leaving late. It was very nice of him and very convenient. When we came back in a few days from our trip, our room was ready very early in the morning so we were able to use it and rest. This is the best part and it was very very convenient and considerate. I would definitely recommend it and come back any time!

Amazing staff, amazing location, great selection!
I searched for hotels for my parents to stay in Rome for a couple of days and was so disappointed to only find run-down hotels in Rome with old bathrooms. Until I came across Rome Ludovisi! I am so happy that I selected this hotel for my parents, who only had rave reviews about the place and about the owner. Before the arrival date, the owner, Danillo, emailed us to let us know that he was expecting us, providing any additional assistance for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Once my parents arrived, they loved the bedroom, which they said was big, comfortable, clean, with a renovated bathroom, and bathrobes to greet them. Danillo provided them with directions to go to the attractions that are walking distance from the hotel, and also spoke to them in Spanish and Italian, which was a plus! Parents also loved the security to get into the hotel as well as the neighborhood (right next to the US Embassy and major hotels!).

Great location wonderful rooms
I stayed with my friend this summer . The rooms are lovely and spacious and a lot bigger than most hotel rooms. The rooms are cleaned regularly and there is a safe in which to keep valuables and a wardrobe which locks also. The location is great on via Veneto with many restaurants and Hard Rock Cafe nearby not to mention the Spanish steps too! The staff are lovely and try there best to help you with any problem you may have . Only downside is breakfast whilst available anytime of the day it is very limited to different pastries and cakes. The nightclub nearby can also be quite load at night but you can request a room that does not face it . Overall the stay was great and I would return in a heartbeat :)

Struttura pulita, curata e centralissima, zona molto tranquilla e vicina ai mezzi. Danilo è stato un fantastico pardone di casa. Gentilissimo, disponibile e prodigo di consigli per poter godere al meglio delle bellezze di Roma, anche delle più inaspettate.
