Excellent customer service, great area and location, very convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. Close access to a beach. The view from the hotel is amazing! Being up on the hill, there is gorgeous landscape as far as the eye can see. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The grounds are beautifully kept and right now they have lovely lights and decorations for the Christmas season. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well! We enjoyed swimming in the pools, again very clean and well kept. The staff were really nice, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in a fantastic location, about 15-20 min walk to Santa Cruz, or La Crucecita center, or Playa Chahue. We walked everywhere (day and night) and loved it, always felt safe. There's also a large supermarket about 5 min walking distance, which made it so easy to get anything you need. We loved our stay at Princess Mayev hotel and will definitely stay again next time we come to Huatulco!
