Excelente lugar para ir com pet
Local muito agradável, muito bom para ir com pet, acomodação muito limpa, alimentação com opções mas a qualidade é mediana, uma observação deveria ter uma sinalização melhor para a entrada à propriedade principalmente para chegadas à noite. Poderia ter uma recomendação para ir pela estrada via Brotas e não Torrinha (sem serra)

Um hotel perfeito para a família!
Da recepção a recreação, todos os funcionários são super cordiais. A monitora Jaque e o Vanderlei no restaurante nos supreenderam sendo super atenciosos. As instalações do chalé são ótimas (recém reformado) com uma limpeza excelente. A infra de lazer é perfeita, com muitas atividades para a família toda como: Caiaque, Standup Paddle, Quadras e campos para todos os esportes, Tirolesa, Piscinas tipo praia, piscina aquecida, entre outros. As refeições são muito saborosas servidas em um restaurante charmoso com comida com gosto de mãe. Enfim! Um hotel incrível a menos de 3 horas de SP, para quem está buscando tranquilidade com opções de eco turismo logo alí, esse é o hotel. Voltaremos muitas vezes mais com certeza.

Hotel antigo , caro e faltam processos...
As instalações do hotel são antigas, as dependências também , por exemplo cadeiras de piscine são velhas, estão desmontando , o valor cobrado no carnaval pelo oferecido foi muito elevado. Faltam processos, seja para limpeza, um check in / out bom, etc.... O pessoal da cozinha, manutenção (Que chamei várias vezes) e o pessoal do bar da piscina são nota 10... Acho que o hotel deveria ser muito bom uma década atrás e para fechar não aceitam cartão, ou seja, como pode um hotel hoje em dia com uma diária para família de R$ 1600 por dia não aceitar cartão ? Tive voltade de ir embora no dia seguinte que cheguei.... mas como perderia o $$ acabei ficando...
