Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Most of what they offer was very good! Not just Good, but not excellent... The smal refrigerator did not work good. Milk we bought spoiled in 2 days... But Overall is was a very good stay!

Lobby was extremely hot, they don’t turn on the AC. My room wasn’t ready until 3pm even though the check in time is at 2pm, they said bed sheets were arriving late and made me wait in the lobby with no air conditioning.

De forma geral, a hospedagem foi boa. O quarto tem boa estrutura e era bastante limpo, necessitando, entretanto, de um colchão mais confortável. A estrutura do hotel é boa, as piscinas são bastante agradáveis, entretanto, a sauna deixa a desejar. Em um dia pedi que ligassem e esperei mais de uma hora para conseguir usar a contento, já em outro dia, pedi novamente à recepção que ligasse, afirmaram que já estava ligada, porém, não esquentava de jeito nenhum. Sugiro ao hotel que retire este serviço ou coloque alguém apto a operá-lo, pois do jeito que está, apenas vai gerar insatisfação.

A acomodação é mediana, porém, as camas são péssimas. Além de tortas, as camas possuem uma qualidade bem ruim mesmo. Sequer havia toalhas e cobertores no quarto, sendo fornecidos depois da reclamação. Não vale a pena!

Muito bom!
Hotel muito confortável, localização excelente, muito silêncio. Dependências muito bonita e um ótimo café da manhã. Único incoveniente é que no segundo dia deixei a placa na maçaneta solicitando limpeza e quando retornei a noite a mesma estava virada para "não incomode" o quarto não tinha sido limpo. Nesse dia a camareira não estava muito afim de trabalhar e tentou simular como se eu tivesse deixado a placa pedindo para não ser incomodado, se tiver câmeras no corredor com certeza há como desvendar o feito Mas a estadia foi toda ótima.

Tudo perfeito, apenas uma noite, mas valeu. Até aproveitamos a piscina aquecida no domingo de manhã. destaque para a simpatia do pessoal do estacionamento, mais precisamente um senhor, que carinhosamente brincávamos como Sr.James, parabéns pela alegria em nos atender.

O hotel é limpo e confortável, porém as piscinas são péssimas, uma é bem pequena e rasa além de estar muito suja, a outra é coberta com vidro, onde bate muito sol, deixando o ambiente absurdamente quente. Não vi sentido nisso, já que estava um calor de 34°. Não voltaria a esse hotel, (já tinha me hospedado lá 2 vezes anteriormente) era muito melhor quando a maior piscina não era aquecida. Enfim, fiquei decepcionada com a estadia dessa vez.
