The hotel maintenance is not very good. The shower stall is stuck, the window is stuck, the floor is not very clean, the reception is not very friendly, the elevators are inefficient. There is a lot of room for improvement. The bed, pillows and shower are good. The hotel is in a good location

I loved my stay at Viale. The staff at the front desk were very professional, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well too. They have great breakfast buffet as well, which features Brazilian items like Pão de queijo. I also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. It was great both day and night. The only thing I was not comfortable with was that there was no AC in the hallway, and it got very warm. There are only 2 small elevators so when it is busy, you have to wit for one in such warm temperature. Overall I had an excellent experience here, and I would definitely stay here again.

Gostamos.
Boa localização. Pessoal da recepção sempre muito solicito. Garçons do bar da piscina tambem. Comida excelente no restaurante do terraço. Preço muito justo e excelente qualidade. O cafe da manhã já não foi tão bom. Pouca variedade e as ooções não eram muito saborosas. Os sucos não eram naturais. A arrumação dos quartos tambem deixou um pouco a desejar. Várias vezes retornamos dos passeios no meio da tarde e os quartos ainda nao tinham sido arrumado.

Ótimo hotel, mas elevadores são um problema.
O Hotel é muito bom. Ficamos agradados com o atendimento, limpeza, conforto e área de lazer. A piscina e bar são excelentes! Única coisa que peca são os elevadores, que não são suficientes para a demanda de hóspedes. Com frequência, precisamos esperar muito tempo para conseguir pegar o elevador com espaço para entrar e, tivemos que ir algumas vezes de escada, pois já não tinhamos mais paciência para ficar esperando uma vaga no elevador.
