It was quiet, ample parking, needed updating and replace the sealant in the bathroom which was partially missing, cracked, lots of mold. There was plenty of room to move around, very squeaky floor, kitchen well supplied, good bed.

Lovely family owned lodge run by caring and hardworking people that treat you like old friends. Rooms are rustic and very clean—just what I was looking for. My husband and I had a great experience and will stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Quaint Hotel
The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location is amazing. You have private parking and can walk to anywhere in town you want to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Homey. Glamping effect. Owners friendly making s’mores around an open fire pit at night to meet other guests. Convenient location , one street over from Main Street and shops.

Perfect getaway for two
We loved staying here. The only downside was we had our pick of 2 rooms. We chose the one we wanted without thinking things through. We had the room that's right on the road. So we heard all the traffic. Everything was super clean and the person who checked us in was very nice. We plan on a return trip next year.

Peter and his family operate a wonderful Inn...lovely surroundings and everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Be sure not to miss the smores...they are delicious and the conversation around the campfire was enlightening and enriching! Thanks Peter and Nathan for a wonderful stay!

This was a great stay, very family oriented and made us feel at home. The only complant we have is we had to leave a day early due to a sickness where an er trip was taken & doctors recommended to leave the altitude. Despite the doctors recommendation & full day notice, the owners would not refund the remaining day.

Lodging close to town
Quiet convenient location about 2 blocks from main street. Walkable area with friendly accommodating owners. Lots of open space for children to play. Furnishings a bit outdated and need refurbished. Our suite offered full kitchen making it easy to cook meals if you prefer it. Comfy bed. Games available to use at the office. S’more three nights during summer. Gas grills available too. Very relaxing to sit and read a book on your front porch or st a swing.

We would definitely stay here again. Great access to the Rocky Mountain National Park and within walking distances to downtown Estes Park, which was great since there was quite a bit of traffic when we went in the second week of August. Suites were great.

2/10 Poor

Unfortunate.
It was not a horrible stay as the area was amazing but the owner acted as if we were a burden. It was obvious we were not welcome though he took our money just as everyone else’s. Even told me if I had of checked in directly and not through hotels.com he could of given me a discount. I hate to even post a review due to retaliation.

Cozy Little Place
Nice cozy family operated place, right downtown, so traffic is a problem sometimes. Generally we just walked everywhere except to Rocky Mountain National Park which required driving from anywhere anyway. Owner is a big Cubs fan, so if you want to be obnoxious wear Cardinals gear..... Seriously, highly recommend.

Great place to stay and make your headquarters.
What an awesome place. The cabin was very clean and had a comfortable bed in the bedroom, a living room and a large kitchen. The bathroom was spotless and the tub with shower worked great. The property is easy to get to and everything in the town of Estes Park is in walking distance. It is easy to get out and get to Rocky Mountain National Park without fighting downtown traffic. There is outdoor seating, BBQ grills, a firepit, hot tub and more. We love this place; the owners are very friendly and helpful and we want to return to visit them again!

Great little lodge close to downtown Estes
If you are looking for fancy, this isn't the place. If you are looking for a clean, efficient, friendly family atmosphere, and close to downtown with easy access to all the Estes Park activities, then the Misty Mountain Lodge is for you. Peter and his wife were very friendly and helpful, allowing an early check in and even offered pepper spray (for bears) and walking sticks in preparation for our hiking activities! We stayed in unit 3--again, nothing fancy but very clean, a newly remodeled sink and shower area, and a kitchenette which was nice to have. Our unit was close to the main road so it was a little loud with traffic, but other than that the Lodge is quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again and were very happy with our experience.
