My room was lovely, and the owners Matt and Donna Lee very pleasant. The breakfast is available a short walk from the house at a restaurant, which was pretty good. My only negative comment is the price seems high ($750 for 2 nights) for just a room and breakfast and no other amenities..but I suppose it is Niagara on the lake and prices are high.

We were in one of the up-stair suites, it had every convenience, was very clean and comfortable with lots of room. Walking to town center was flat, very pleasant and took about 20 mins.
