Amazing place for relaxation and getting away! Five stars doesn’t do it justice, would give it ten stars! The meals were out of this world. Highly recommend the Hakuin suite.

Absolutely wonderful stay!
Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is the best mix of traditional Japanese with contemporary modern facilities. The breakfasts and dinners are amazing and are such a huge part of the entire experience. The staff are extremely accommodating in every way possible; we especially appreciated their accommodating my mother's dietary restrictions. The private baths on the roof are also a must. We are already planning our next trip here!

Experience I will never forget.
This is a top hotel. The room and grounds are stunning. The food is elevated to an art form. All the food was locally sourced from the islands. You could taste the freshness in every bite. My favorite activity was taking an open air bath on the top floor of the hotel. I visited the open air bath at sunrise and sunset, even in the rain. What an experience!

Unique experience
The stay and the experience was fantastic. Absolutely unique and uniquely Japanese. The room itself was good although it was no better than other top resorts around world. The distinguishing factor is really the whole experience and the whole package - from the view, to the Japanese personalised service, to the fact that there are only 15 rooms and a lot of space for the 15 room occupants and the design with privacy in mInd, to the spectacular open bath experience to the meals. The whole experience was awesome and worth the expensive price tag it comes with. Stayed at the Terrace Club at Busena and that was a different (and cheaper) experience and also highly recommended. Worthy try and its globally recognized travel awards.

You won't want to leave
From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out everything about this place was professional and luxury. It is one of the world's greatest luxury hotels and you can tell why. Room with an ocean view, and a bathroom with glass walls. Roof top open air baths, and immaculate service you would only expect from the Japanese. A well run, high quality hotel in an amazing part of the world. Also with amazing local Okinawan food prepared professionally with amazing service.

Perfect place for healing in the main island
Felt 100% welcomed and well attended. The building itself is beautiful and you can feel the designer/owner really cared about every little detail to make guest feel comfortable and enjoy the Okinawan beach and hot spring the most. I saw both sunrise and sunset on the rooftop bathing place and Mirabi beach near the hotel. Foods were all good too! Just one downer is the A/C - the wind directly drop into my face while lying down on the bed. Beautiful place and I would go again.
