The hotel is economical. The room was small and recently remodeled. It was very tidy. The bathroom sink was nice with a large counter for putting your things. It served the purpose of a nice place to stay the night on a quick visit to SLO.

My review of this amazing place!
Super impressed by this motel, I've stayed at a lot of hotels and motels around the world and this genuinely felt as if i had my own condo and vibe/feel to it. Super easy to get downtown and the place was spotless and clean all time. Extra kudos to the owner Jerry, who was extremely helpful and was always on hand for any problems, which there were none! 100% will be coming back to stay onbmy next visit to San Luis Obispo!!!! Thank you Jerry!!!

Room was clean. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that happened is when I tried reheating something in the microwave it blew a fuse, I guess and we lost electricity in the room for the rest of the night. No big deal because we were tired anyway and went to sleep

My stay here was good, but its the smallest room I've ever had. Haha It was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple of snts scouting around the bathroom, but not enough to be a problem. My main critism was my view. There was a building blocking sny hope of a view
