We are seeking a refund for this trip for the reasons below:
-Cleaner did not show up every day with no explanation
-Got sick and needed water, room service said 5 mins then did not show up and partner had to abandon sick partner to get water
-No DND/please clean card
-Extremely slow services, told 5 minutes and would wait 1.5hrs
-Constantly out of beach towels, would take 40 minutes to replace after numerous people asked
-Got a stomach flu and had to cancel excursion, asked what hotel could do to accommodate. Offered us late check out and blamed our illness on us even though tons of other people were sick too. Then, when they took our cards to extend check out, they cancelled them instead, locking us out of our room.
-Ants in our room
-Cockroaches in the dining area
-Entertainment and shows on app listed in Spanish with no location listed
-Employees English skills are subpar. One called our room to ask our satisfaction. When told we were unhappy, they said "thanks have a good day" and hung up, no acknowledgement or apologies.
-Horribly uncomfortable pillows & beds
-Safe literally did not work at all
-Did not replace bath robes once
-Lack of seating in buffet, left standing there for 5-10 mins searching for free table while VIP section was empty
-Paper thin walls, heard other people vomiting and using bathroom
-No back up generators, power went out multiple times
-Water turned off suddenly, unable to shower
-Cigarette burn holes in bed sheets
