The neighborhood felt unsafe. There was no hot water for my shower. The shower was leaking out on to the bathroom floor leaving large puddles all over the floor.

On the drive through Oregon to Washington, we saw rows and rows of modern windmills generating power. They are an impressive sight, and while I didn't feel like Don Quixote at the time, I believe it was the purpose of my trip. This motel in Boardman came through on an unusual request and saved my jeans and the next day for me.

So motels are usually stank nasty and we don’t like staying in motels but we were desperate…and this motel was different, it was well lit so we felt safe and that our car would be safe. The rooms were clean and more importantly, they didn’t stink like smoke…the lady running the motel is awesome no matter what time of day she is so kind.

Unfortunately the smell in our room became 😕 worse through the night. My sister and grandson were nauseated from it. The floor was dirty. Couldn't get the door to shut all the way to lock it. Didn't feel safe.

Staff did the best they could but building was designed wrong. Room was less than 300 sqft. You had to close door to access sink, toilet or mirrors. Shower so small it was hard to turn. Had to dry off outside of shower Heard everything neighbors said. Not a safe enjoyable experience.

Nice front desk person for our late night arrival. The bed sheets were clean. The air conditioner worked. The carpet was dirty. The lock on the door did not work. The area around the building was cluttered and unkept. We had 2 bath towels and one hand towel but no wash cloths. Felt like this room was overpriced for what we received.

Worst hotel experience
Honestly the worst hotel room and experience we’ve ever had. Had to ask for clean sheets because ours were dirty. Grounds and the building were in disrepair. The hotel host was nowhere to be found when we went to checkout and the free “breakfast” was in the locked office. We had to call her personal cell phone number to get the host to unlock the office door. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Probably the worst room I’ve ever had! Shower did not work, coffee machine did not work, which was a good thing because it was disgusting- dirty, lords knows what would have happened had it worked and we blindly made coffee. Dated- which we expected. Bed was ok

Staff were lovely at check in. Room smelt of cat pee and cheap plug in air freshener. Several flies present in the room. Door did not fit well, felt unsafe. I would not recommend for a good nights sleep.

The staff was fine, however, it was nice and quiet for the first hour or so of our stay. Some time a little after midnight there was talking noise and constant walking back and forth in the unit above till about 4:30am. Also, they should fix the toilet seat. It is loose.

Mice poo in candy dish on lobby front desk. Not very friendly. When we walked in to check in the women working the front desk did not acknowledge us. She was helping someone else out and didn’t say a work to us for 10 minutes until she was done. Makes checking in very awkward it was a small room. Description says they have breakfast. I would not call that breakfast. They put a few pop tarts and bars in a plastic container. If you came with your family you wouldn’t even be able to feed them all breakfast with what they had
