Can't wait to go back!
We were able to check in 3 hours early. After requesting a ground floor room, we were offered one with a kitchenette. Free upgrade! After talking to the maintenance crew, it was suggested it was the manager Destiny who hooked us up. Her smile and vibe was such a great start to the trip and we found ourselves choking back tears after seeing our room.

$240 room comes complete with loud construction...
The room itself was wonderful and the staff were great. Breakfast was amazing! If it weren't for the man with the leaf blower blowing the imaginary leaves outside for about 3 hours and the construction hammers and generators making a ton of noise directly outside of our room for most of my Saturday, I probably would have been able to relax and enjoy my afternoon like I planned... and I also would have left 5 stars.

Not happy
Not very satisfied. Had a room with kitchenette and fireplace booked. Unfortunately, hotel had a water issue that prevented us from getting the kitchenette room. Downgraded to no kitchenette, no fireplace. Cost me an extra $250 in eating out as we could no longer cook our groceries. Also, had to pay $30 for a firepit to replace fireplace we paid for. Hotel said they couldnt do a credit, contact Hotels.com (Expedia). Personally, I want a full refund of a night as the room downgrad cost me more in added expenses than the room was even worth.

A Great Tofino Accommodations Choice
The property is located on the ocean and all rooms have ocean view. The room was spacious and clean, with an electric fireplace that put out a good amount of heat, a well-stocked kitchenette, and comfortable bed. I was located on the second floor and was relieved to learn that there was an elevator to bring luggage to the room. The restaurant was good, hotel staff friendly, and it's not too far away by car from town. I would highly recommend a stay here and will revisit when I'm in the area.

We stayed in unit 404 which was in the building that does not really face towards the ocean. Our view was the hotel grounds unless we stood on the balcony and leaned over the railing to see the ocean. Our room was loud and smelled strongly like wet dog. Pillows were so thick we could not sleep using any pillows. Nice hotel but I would call them before your stay to ensure you are staying in a pet-free room with a proper view of the ocean. We overpaid and feel scammed.
