We were travelling from SA to Melbourne and needed a half way point to rest. Unfortunately didn't factor in the SA long weekend so very little accommodation available. Managed to grab last room here. Room was clean enough and staff great - but room is very dated and tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. We paid the same for a gorgeous glamping experience in the Barossa the night before - so this definitely left us feeling a little ripped off.

This motel is located kind of mid way between Melbourne and Adelaide so the location is useful. The owners and staff are great, welcoming and nice people. The motel is old and the room I was in was cold and the reverse cycle aircon was noisy/rattly. The electric blanket worked OK. Being on the highway there is a lot of noise from trucks. The restaurant food was OK if old-style Australian motel. The Indian owners should include a curry or two with Basmati rice that would improve things a lot.

Staff were friendly, but the standard of the property didn't equate to the price.
The heating/air conditioning was very loud, not relaxing. Room had a strong smell, I'm not sure what it was... bug spray perhaps. Wifi didn't work.

Outdated. Advertised free wifi that is non existent. Room was drafty and cold, thank goodness there was an electric blanket on the bed. Just wanted to fall asleep and get through to the morning.

Needs to be closed down. Stayed 2 nights and room not serviced. Male that booked me in tried to charge me extra.
Needs investigation. Would not pass health inspection.
