Stayed here on business, this is a really good central aparthotel and the interior is finished to a very high standard, minutes walk away to the trading estate and several office parks which was ideal for me. The included toiletries, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and UHT milk were a fantastic addition to get me started and are things that are useful in a apart hotel but you would generally not carry with you.
I found the apartments to get quite a bit of noise from the street and there are no overlapping curtains in the rooms which mean that there is a lot of light entering the room at 5am. There is also the issue that there is a gym directly below, this would normally be a great thing but unfortunately when people are doing deadlifts or similar it echos around the entire flat and woke me up a few times as it is 24 hours. Id recommend bringing something that generates background noise if you are likely to be woken up.
Lastly, anyone planning on bringing a car, contact the office ahead of time as there is a barrier which they 1) wont give you the code to until you pay for parking, meaning you are stuck in a busy gym car park.
2) need to explicitly ask for by calling them.
When challenged, they stated this is simply the way it is and requests to arrange this all ahead of time appeared to fall on deaf ears.
