Bang for your buck!!
You will get your money's worth. These days you can never find a room under $100 that is decent. This one is exceptional! If you don't plan on being in the room for majority of your trip, then this one's for you! There's free breakfast and you can park in front of your room. The place is safe and secure!

Very clean except the shower curtain. Most places seem not to much wash them (maybe need to once a month), but that was all I found disagreeable. Quiet, good location, good price.

It is an older property, recently remodeled. Reminded me of travels with my folks to the area in the 60's. It was clean and the water was hot for my shower. I have stayed at the 2 'Resorts' in the area on previous trips, not sure how much I benefitted from their services. I will use this place on future trips. Please to see they accept dogs. I had to check out a day early and its was easily done. My only issue was breakfast. It was starches, mostly wheat: cereals, waffles and breads, it was ok.

Clean for the price
The room was clean though there was a hole in the floor by the bathroom wall. The bathroom was very small and oddly arranged with the toilet paper a bit far from the toilet. It was not dirty and no bids on our stay.
