Best. Place. Ever.

Heaven might just be Naroua Villas. We stayed in the honeymoons suite and it was the best experience we have ever had at a hotel/resort/vacation. The view is spectacular and the sunsets are unreal. The service is top notch - Pong is fantastic! It might sound like ordering food in and having to take a taxi into town means you are missing out ... But the one time we went out to dinner we basically couldn't wait to be back at the villa. Book one more night than you think you need and spend the extra money for this place - we wish we could've spent a full week there and are already trying to come back next year.

Un lieu fantastique

Que dire quand chaque matin vous pouvez admirer la baie de Koh Tao, les bateaux, la mer, et chaque soir le coucher de soleil face Ă  votre villa, dans la piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement ! La logistique est au top avec une villa trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour y vivre en autarcie, et avec la possibilitĂ© de bouger en taxi-pick-up mis Ă  disposition (avec un dĂ©lai d'une heure Ă  chaque mouvement !). Et Monsieur Pong est au petit soin; le propriĂ©taire, Andy, est disponible pour rĂ©pondre et conseiller en français. Le seul bĂ©mol est que, sans la capacitĂ© de conduire un scooter dans des conditions "dĂ©licates" (puisqu'il n'y a aucune possibilitĂ© de louer une voiture), l'accĂšs est tellement "hard" et pentu, vous ĂȘtes clouĂ© sur cette belle place: dans votre villa !

calme et luxe avec vue

Villa idĂ©ale pour notre famille de 5 (dont 2 ados et une enfant). La villa en elle mĂȘme n'a rien de spectaculaire (Ă  part la vue, Ă  couper le souffle), mais elle est nĂ©anmoins celle que les enfants ont prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e, sur les 3 louĂ©es pendant notre sĂ©jour en ThaĂŻlande: accueillante, ouverte, calme et luxueuse sans ostentation. Un seul problĂšme, qui n'aura malheureusement pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© pendant le sĂ©jour: forte odeur de fosse septique (doublĂ© d'une climatisation dĂ©faillante) dans la chambre du bas. Une surprenante incohĂ©rence par rapport au "sans fautes" du reste de la prestation. Une mention spĂ©ciale pour le manager, Pong, incroyable d'efficacitĂ©, de disponibilitĂ© et de gentillesse. Il a trĂšs grandement contribuĂ© Ă  faire de notre sĂ©jour un moment exceptionnel. Naroua Villas est en cours d'expansion (mais nous n'avons pas du tout Ă©tĂ© dĂ©rangĂ© par les travaux), et c'est tant mieux pour ceux qui pourront, plus nombreux, bĂ©nĂ©ficier de son hospitalitĂ©.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© pris en charge par Pong des notre arrivĂ©e au port. TĂ©lĂ©phone avec contacts utiles intĂ©grĂ©s mis Ă  notre disposition , on a bĂ©nĂ©ficier d'un vrai service de conciergerie HDG. Quand Ă  la villa .... Une pure merveille!!! Une vue Ă  couper le souffle , une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e , vraiment on a passĂ© 5 jours au top. Petits bĂ©mols : nous Ă©tions 2 familles avec de jeunes enfants , et la balustrade ne nous a pas inspirĂ©e confiance et nous a mĂȘme stressĂ© pour les enfants.... La mĂȘme chose avec une vitre pour ne pas gĂącher la vue serait plus sĂ©curisante. Aussi, les 2 chambres dispo sont de gamme un peu diffĂ©rentes (en gros celle de L Ă©tage est bien mieux que celle du dessous c est donc un peu inĂ©gal Ă  partager ;-) on a dĂ» tirer au sort !!
