This would have been the 3rd time we stayed here, but when we arrived, there was a note taped to the front desk saying they overbooked and they reserved a room for us at the Evergreen Motel. The 1st time staying there, there was no one at the front desk and we had to go around back and talk to owners sitting on their deck. The 2nd time, we requested a ground floor room, but got 2nd floor accommodations. We won't bother making arrangements with this motel in the future.

We have stayed here 3 times on our travels and this time was disappointing. - air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up every-time the compressor kicked on - king size bed had a huge sag in the middle which was uncomfortable - the floor was filthy, kids feet turned brown from walking barefoot

Crowing rooster gives unwanted wake up call
When we arrived no one was there check us in. Which was okay because our key were there waiting on us. Sam'e for when we checked out. The biggest problem was at 5: 00am in the morning a rooster started crowing behind our rooms for a couple minutes every 5 minutes for 2 hours.
