This hotel was great!! We loved it!! Our room was ready early and very clean. Great location. The young, charming lady with dark hair (can't remember her name) went out of her way to accommodate us. She even fixed breakfast early for us since we had a very early departure. She also printed our boarding passes. Excellent service!!

Breakfast needs to be improved.l must mention that due to quick action from the manager,l was able to retrieve my phone which l forgot there prior to leaving for the airport.Overall a good return on investment.

Great location, wonderful owners/staff.
Wonderful hosts, appears newly redone, within 10 minute slow walk of the Vatican museum entrance and St. Peter's square. Only problem was the work being done on the sidewalk right below our window....they would start working around 10:00pm, and work until around 3:00 in the morning. Not the owners fault, but made for difficulty sleeping for the first 4 nights.

A Nice Place To Stay!
I stayed at Pope's Suites for four days. The room was very pretty and the bed was comfortable. The first two days the owner, Valentina, was out of town but a sweet girl named Julie was working. She made sure to show me where everything was and gave me her number along with other numbers if I needed help. There was a nice continental breakfast each morning. I left very early my last morning so Valentina left breakfast in my room fridge the day before. They arranged pickup and drop off taxi service for the airport. I didn't see any other guests the first few days so I felt like I was in my own apartment.

Excellent location, extremely helpful staff
Valentina was helpful in communicating with us before our stay, and they arranged for us to check in much earlier than the regular time. Julie greeted us and gave us a good tour of the small hotel, which only has four rooms, so you feel well taken care of. The breakfast was small but good and fresh - croissants, pastries, cereal, toast, and meats and cheese. The room was comfortable, bed was decent. The bathroom was updated, but doesn't have a shower curtain - not a bad thing, but surprising if you're American. The location is excellent. 5 minute walk to Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican, and Piazza de Risorgimento feels safe and has good pizza, pasta, and gelato nearby. Ottaviano metro station is only a 5-10 minute walk, and easily connects you to the rest of Rome. Would definitely stay at Pope's Suites again, had a great time!

Location is good 5 to 7 minutes walk from the Vatican City. There are restaurants near the place. Valentina is very friendly and accommodating. Good customer service. I will surely come back and recommend the place.

Lovely Hotel
The owner and staff were wonderful and made sure that we had everything and were comfortable. They helped us secure taxi service to the airport for 3:45 in the am which normally would be hard to do. We recommend this hotel.
